This is a multi-step process. 1) you check-out with booking an appointment for the debrief. (pls make sure to reserve some time for us to send you the HBDI link and for you to answer the 120 assessment questions). 2) We'll send you the access to the HBDI Online Experience within 24 hours 3) You complete the assessment 4) You get on Zoom with Dirk at the agreed time from 'Step 1' for your one-hour debrief and HBDI deep-dive
